Examples of his work

Tranquility - Saint Saens
"Captured in Time" Series -  by Clayfield

Nestled in the picturesque countryside of Normandy, France, the small town of Saint Saens is overlooked by a magnificent chateau. Now the focal point of a challenging golf course, the tranquility of the chateau has been captured in this digital watercolor.

Brown Horse
The true majesty of the equine form is captured in this work. Alert and aware, each sinew of the horse shows that it is full of life and vitality. He knows his strength, his speed, his presence. He is confident and strong. Life is good!

Vann's House - North Carolina
"Captured in Time" Series -  by Clayfield

Build around the 1930’s when the first sawmills came to the Appalachian Mountains and lumber was available to replace the rustic log homes, this structure still stands as an example of a pristine mountain cottage that was lived in and loved for a lifetime. Still standing on Cane Branch Road in Yancey County it remains a part of a History little known to most.
Clayfield is a member of the Alliance of Professional Artists.
